What is Day-of Coordination?
It is wedding day management with thoughtful preparation beforehand. KLBK reviews your plans, confirms key details, communicates with suppliers, supports setup, and keeps the day moving calmly.
When should we book a coordinator?
As soon as you know you want support. Many couples book months ahead, especially for 2026 and 2027 NSW wedding dates, so there is time to prepare properly and protect your date.
Do you only help on the wedding day?
No. Even day-of coordination includes planning preparation before the wedding. Partial and full planning support can begin much earlier.
Can we book planning and photography or videography together?
Yes. If you are interested in more than one KLBK service, the consultation can explore how those services can work together comfortably.
Do you travel?
Yes. KLBK supports weddings across NSW, including Tamworth, Hunter Valley, Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, rural and regional weddings, and destination weddings across the state.
What happens after the consultation?
You receive recommended package options based on your wedding plans, support needs, and the way you want the lead-up and wedding day to feel.
